Overview
These large busbars manufactured from C101 Copper were required in a very short timescale.
We laser cut templates from sheet material which was then folded into the appropriate shape, finally clinch nuts were inserted to provide the correct fixings at various points.
The job was completed in 1 week as requested.

Overview
A Major Powertrain company asked us to help manufacture a huge array of parts for an EV project.
Some of the parts were very complex and Laser cut and Machined in C101, and some parts were water cut plastics or 3D Printed
We were able to produce every aspect of the project so the client was happy to only have to raise just one order with one supplier to complete the job.
